New Haven & Stratford
Anxiety and Depression are emotions that many of us have experienced at one time another. In session we can process your thoughts and feelings which can bring relief and lead to improved emotional states.
Anyone can experience a traumatic event and many of us have already. This includes Racial Trauma, Community Trauma, Micro-aggressions and other discrimination based traumas. Anxiety, flashbacks, panic attacks, painful memories and images are often triggered because of the exposure to trauma. In session clients are educated about the impact of trauma on the brain and body. Clients are given the treatment and tools to heal, recover, and live the best life possible.
